Start by listing the Mac’s processor, macOS version, and any work-management software. The fact that a provider has a Mac app does not establish that every feature in its Windows app exists on macOS. Check installation sources and the exact app version described in the documentation.

The everyday test that matters
A MacBook moving between home, a café, and a dock encounters several network changes. Test sleep and wake with the lid closed, reconnect after leaving a hotspot, and check a normal video call. If you use a local printer, network storage, or screen sharing, make sure the selected settings do not unexpectedly block them.
